1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between tk999 and the users ("user" or "member") of the tk999 platform and all its services. These Terms apply to all pages of the site, the mobile application, games, sports betting and live casino services.

By completing registration on the tk999 platform, or by using the service in any way, a user is considered to have read, understood and fully agreed to these Terms. Any user who does not agree with any part of these Terms is asked to stop using the platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.2 Registration Process

At the time of registration, the member must provide a valid mobile number, a username and a password. An OTP will be sent to the provided mobile number and registration must be completed by verifying it. tk999 may at any time request additional information or documents for identity verification as required.

If multiple accounts are registered from the same household address, home address or IP address, tk999 reserves the right to investigate and temporarily or permanently suspend the accounts involved.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

Each member is personally responsible for keeping their tk999 Login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing, selling or allowing any third party to use account details is strictly prohibited.

If a member suspects unauthorised access to their account, they must contact tk999's 24/7 live chat support immediately. tk999 may temporarily suspend the account until security is confirmed.

3.2 Updating Information

If any personal details change — such as a mobile number or payment method — the profile must be updated immediately. tk999 will not be liable for any payment delays or holds resulting from outdated or incorrect information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

tk999 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Any deposit issues must be reported to the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

4.3 Fraud Prevention

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at tk999 can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to receiving and using this bonus:

• Before withdrawing the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 20 times.
• Example: A ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus funds, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be completed.
• The bonus balance is not counted as cash until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.2 Other Promotions

tk999 may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. tk999 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or attempting to meet bonus conditions using bots or automated software, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus on the account involved will be cancelled and the account will be permanently closed.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

tk999 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each game and betting market. These limits may change at any time. Different limits may apply for special events or tournaments.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined fairly through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are not predetermined across slots, live casino, fishing games and sports betting. tk999 does not guarantee any game outcome.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

tk999 reserves the right to cancel any bet due to a technical fault, incorrect odds or any other reason. The stake of a cancelled bet will be returned to the user's account. Bets placed after a live match or event has started generally cannot be cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk999 platform:

1. Operating more than one account in the name of a single person.
2. Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
3. Using bots, scripts or any automated software to influence game results.
4. Using any fraudulent method to meet account or bonus conditions.
5. Attempting to control betting outcomes by colluding with other users.
6. Attempting to find security vulnerabilities in the platform or conducting cyber attacks.
7. Using an account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

8 Privacy and Security

9 Limitation of Liability

tk999 will not be liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• If the platform is unavailable due to an unexpected server outage or maintenance.
• If a transaction is held due to a delay or fault on the part of a third-party payment service provider.
• For any loss arising from a member's own negligence or submission of incorrect information.

10 Dispute Resolution

10.1 Submitting a Complaint

If a member wishes to raise an objection regarding any tk999 decision or transaction, a formal complaint must be submitted within 30 business days of the date of the incident, via live chat or email. The complaint must include the date of the incident, a detailed description and any relevant evidence.

10.2 Resolution Process

tk999's support team will review the complaint and attempt to provide a resolution within a reasonable time. The matter may be escalated to senior management if necessary. If the member is not satisfied with tk999's decision, they may seek independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by tk999

tk999 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion of a breach of these Terms.
• If information required for identity or payment verification is not provided.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on a member's account.

11.2 Closure by the Member

Any member who wishes to close their account themselves may contact the support team. The self-exclusion option is part of our Responsible Gaming policy. Any valid balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

12 Changes to Terms

tk999 reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. After any change, the updated date will be published on this page. For significant changes, members may be notified via their registered mobile number or email.
